Code Of Conduct

Staff have access to information about Service Users. Any information they are privy to must not be disclosed to any person outside the organisation. This includes family and friends.

The exception to this would be in the event that the Service has given permission.
Staff are expected to always ensure information both written and electronically is stored and secured appropriately.

Staff / Colleagues
Information will held on file relating to staff. This will be kept in a locked cupboard and will only be accessible by line managers and admin support.

Equal Opportunities
TMS Holly House  will show no prejudice towards staff in relation to race, culture, age, disability, sex or beliefs.

Discriminatory practices will not be tolerated within the organisation and could contribute to disciplinary action.

While in the employment of TMS Holly House staff will be required to act with the utmost professionalism, and are asked not to act in a way that discredits TMS Holly House.
Staffs are expected to act responsibly towards staff and service users.

Health and Safety
Staff have a duty of care to protect themselves and others from harm in the work environment. Staff must record any concern to their line manager. It is the responsibility of staff to wear any personal protected equipment issued to them.
